Direct Pick-up
We also offer direct pick-ups if paid online, directly from our Sydney warehouse located at 66 Helen Street, Sefton. We will notify you once the order has been packed and ready to pick-up. If required, we are able to store your tiles for maximum 30 days from payment online. 

Arrange your own Delivery
We give the option our customers to arrange their own delivery at no cost from us, providing that you arrange your own delivery (or hire your local delivery) from your local area to pick-up from our warehouse depot. By organizing your own delivery, this option offers the customer flexibility to set their delivery schedule. We can store your order for up to 30 days from payment of our goods online, as long as you notify us the exact time and date of pick-up so we can prepare your order for delivery. 

FINN Tiles Online Delivery
We will arrange and deliver with only with a reputable third party transport companies that we can trust. Please contact us for delivery quotes as all orders vary in sizes.

Acceptance of our Delivery
FINN Tile Project use third-party freight companies and couriers to deliver your goods. Your details, including your name, delivery address and phone number will be supplied to the freight company for sole purpose of delivery. FINN Tile Project are not responsible for any breakages or damage that may occur during delivery. To reduce this from happening, we only deliver to the listed zones above. 

To allow for a successful delivery at your home, please allow for unrestricted, safe and easy access/parking for delivery vehicle to and within premises. We will contact you with the details and time of delivery to ensure there is somebody at the premises for supervision of delivery. If under any case that there is no one available at the time of delivery, or there is limited access/space to delivery address in which delivery cannot take place, you will foot for an additional delivery fee for re-delivery. You or your representative may be required to sign a delivery form to confirm that the delivery has taken place.

Once delivered, it is your duty to inspect any tile product upon delivery and before laying it down. You must promptly notify FINN Tile Project as soon as possible when any problems are dissatisfaction with the product delivered arises so that returns can be processed smoothly within 14 days of notifying us. Optical hazing is an inherent characteristic of all polished porcelain products and such claims will not be accepted.

In accordance with OH&S Laws, we are aware of difficulties and time of having delivery companies to unload tiles by hand. Please ensure that you understand this on acceptance of delivery:

FINN Tile Project will not deliver upstairs and inside the house.
FINN Tile Project will unload tiles by hand up to 3m from entrance of garage or a secure location.
After second/or more pallet, they will not be unloaded by hand.
